Ongoing Core Program

Learn the foundational to advanced skills of drawing and painting. While progressing at their own pace, each student receives individual attention aimed at developing their abilities to work accurately from observation. Beginning with drawing in pencil and progressing through to oil painting, this program offers a wholistic approach to acquiring solid technical skills.

Students learn to assess the common perceptual and technical pitfalls of working from life and learn to balance their analytical and intuitive faculties, while honing the craft of drawing and painting from life.
